Daylight savings time caused the clocks to be turned forward one hour last weekend. Sure caused some guests at the Castle a bit of confusion.
Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 9:30 every morning. Being on vacation, some folks forgot all about the time change and got down to breakfast a little late. They sure were happy to see that it wasn’t a problem. The full wonderful breakfast was waiting for them as usual.
The nice part of the time change is now we have an extra hour of daylight to enjoy the island. I came back to the Castle and watched a beautiful sunset. Silver Lake has never looked better. The widows walk on the top of the Castle is a great place to forgot all your troubles and relax. Hope to see you soon up there – and don’t worry, you won’t even know I’m around.
